You can stop future provider access by disconnecting an integration, and you can request permanent deletion of eligible account and personal data. Disconnecting and deleting are separate actions.
1. Disconnect connected accounts
Use the applicable integration settings in Office Engage AI to disconnect Gmail, then visit your Google Account's third-party connections or security settings to remove Office Engage AI access. Revoking at Google prevents future token use.
Microsoft
Disconnect the Microsoft integration in applicable Office Engage AI settings. You or your Microsoft 365 administrator can also revoke consent from Microsoft account or Entra administration settings.
Meta and social accounts
Disconnect the social account in applicable Office Engage AI settings and remove the app from the relevant Meta account's business integrations or app settings. Provider menus may vary by account type.
For security, never send OAuth tokens or passwords to support.
2. Request permanent account or data deletion
- Open the contact form and select or enter “Data deletion request” as the subject.
- Use the email associated with your Office Engage AI account and identify the company or workspace involved.
- State whether you request deletion of your user profile, connected integration data, company account data, or all eligible data.
- Do not include passwords, access tokens, or sensitive message content.
Organization-controlled data may require approval from the subscribing organization's authorized administrator.
3. Verification process
To protect users and organizations, we may verify control of the account email, role, company affiliation, and authority to request deletion. We may ask an organization administrator to confirm a request affecting other users or company records. We will not request a password or provider token.
4. Expected deletion timeline
We aim to acknowledge a complete request within seven days and complete verified deletion within 30 days. Complex requests, legal obligations, provider processes, or protected backup rotation may require more time; if so, we will provide an update where required.
5. Data that may be retained
We may retain the minimum records necessary for legal compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, security investigations, financial reporting, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or proof that a request was completed. Protected backups may retain data until normal rotation, after which it is deleted or rendered inaccessible. Retained data is restricted from ordinary product use.
6. Support contact
Submit a request through our contact page. Include enough account context for verification, but do not include credentials.
