1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to act for yourself or your organization and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful organizational purposes, maintain appropriate permissions for data and recipients, follow applicable communication and privacy laws, and ensure that content submitted to the platform is authorized and appropriate.
3. Account security
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, using only assigned access, and promptly reporting suspected compromise. Organizations are responsible for managing their authorized users, roles, connected providers, and account configuration.
4. Acceptable use
You may use enabled features for legitimate employee engagement, CRM, communication, social publishing, and related business workflows in accordance with applicable laws, provider rules, and your organization's policies.
5. Prohibited activities
You must not use the service to send unlawful spam, harass or deceive others, distribute malware, infringe rights, process data without authority, bypass access controls or provider limits, probe security without written permission, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or enable another person to do so.
6. Third-party integrations
Google, Microsoft, Meta, SMTP providers, and other integrations are third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, permissions, APIs, and policies may change. You are responsible for securing necessary licenses, consents, and administrator approvals. We are not responsible for third-party outages or actions outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
The service, software, branding, design, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as authorized. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but availability may be affected by maintenance, emergencies, provider changes, internet failures, or events outside reasonable control. Features may evolve to improve security, compliance, or operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond an applicable written agreement. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Any additional liability limits in a signed agreement control.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful conduct, material breach, non-payment under an applicable agreement, provider requirements, or harm to the service or others. Users and organizations may stop using the service subject to their agreement. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
11. Governing terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised date and providing additional notice when required.
